Our new electronic call monitoring system will save time, prevent future data disasters, and can be readily accessed by everyone who uses it. We’ve taken the liberty of enhancing system security to suit differing levels of need and assure divisional security.

Our system includes features such as Call Monitoring eMAR and Call Monitoring Notes, ensuring comprehensive oversight of the care received by your loved one. We create detailed electronic care plans, documentation, and medication administration records for each person. It helps facilitate communication between our caregivers and the families of those in our care.

Efficient and user-friendly

By utilising our mobile app, on-call carers receive quick and easy access to essential information such as care plans, as well as any scheduling adjustments with our clients. Upon arrival at a client’s location, the carer logs in through the app, which automatically logs their hours and location. Once logged in, the carer is given a customised task list to ensure that all of client’s preferences are met.
